My stay at Gaylord Opryland Resort was a mixed bag. While the stunning indoor gardens and Sound Waves water park were definitely highlights, the experience was marred by hidden fees and a lack of preparation in their dining services. The overall hotel is impressive, though there are areas that require attention, especially regarding customer service and food availability.
